extremely clean, efficent and lovley hotel. drinks were awesome and made to order, squeezing oranges for our mimosas. wait staff exellent.. lunch to go pac worth every dime ,enough for 2 to share. location is a short walking distance to everything... bus station, train station and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay, felt very safe.

Our room was clean, quiet and warm. Dinner was included and not bad. Breakfast buffet was average. Service was good. The hotel has porters to bring your luggage from the train station to the hotel and vice versa. Centrally located.

We stayed at El Mapi after doing the short Inca trail. It is well located as regards the bus station, the railway station and the many restaurants. The evening meal was good as was the following day's breakfast. No complaints as regards the room, it was comfortable and we slept well (maybe due to the day's exertions!)
