This lodge is run by a brit and located 15 km out of Huaraz on a bumpy dirt road. We stayed in their most expensive room complete with hottub and fireplace. Great views, nice people, great dogs, hikes right out the front door. Beautiful mountain views. Food OK. our room about $60 night, but others much cheaper, even camping. more

We stayed there for 4 days and we enjoyed every single moment. Paul, the manager, is very nice and makes you feel like home. Eladio, the cook, is the best one I have ever seen and it is totally worth to have lunch and/or dinner there. Finally a place where we could relax and enjoy the mountains in a setting that´s both tranquil, and inviting.
