Hotel Eden is clean, modern, comfortable. We found it to be a perfect, central location to visit the painted monasteries of Bucovina, and a much quieter, quainter spot to stay in than in nearby Suceava -- which is bigger, noisier, and more expensive. The food at Hotel Eden is truly excellent, with a complete breakfast buffet, and many traditional romanian dishes at lunch or dinner. The choice of rooms is ample: we had a suite with 2 double bedrooms and a bath, and saw a double room, and most recently built, single rooms with one bed and a bath. Also recently built are cute little bungalows. Not sure if any rooms have bathtubs, ours had a shower, but the bathrooms are very modern and pleasant -- not hot water surprises! The hotel staff is very nice and willing to help and advise. A great value.
