We was there in april last year, The Hotel was half full, restaurant is great, service was ok. Position alongside is great, old town is near, Massage is very good, the pool was also great. spa center is the best in Budva, In Bruno restaurant we had a nice breakfast and dinner every day. We ended up at this due to an error on our agents part. This was not a place we would have chosen on our own. The staff was rude, disinterested, and confrontational from start to finish. The hotel is huge and very,very, dark. I have never been in a darker hotel, you could barely see to get to the rooms.... More

We spent 3 days in this hotel from 10th till 13th of October for business purpose. This structure changed a lot since we saw it in 2001. Bright, shiny from outside, rather wide lobby. Rooms are quite big little deteriorating from its origin. You have to bring your card key everywhere because you cannot go by elevator up nor down.... More

The hotel is in a fantastic location only one minute from the old town.The hotel is very modern and the only negative is the distance to the buffet breakfast room.Overall a good hotel with good facilities in a fantastic setting.

We were very disappointed with our stay in Budva and at this hotel. The service at this hotel was abysmal. The staff on the front desk need to be retrained. Given the high price of this hotel, this was unacceptable. The main restaurant, Bruno, was empty, the food overpriced and bland. Breakfast was atrocious. You should avoid this hotel.
