Perfect location, with a peaceful hotel beach and right on the promenade leading into the centre of town. Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony with a great view. Hotel about 15 minutes walk to the town. I was booked into my room before it was ready resulting in me not getting the sleep I wanted and needed due to interuptions by staff bringing blankets, toilet rolls and anything else they could think of. Satellite TV geared to German travellers with only news to watch for English speakers. more

The hotel's website is well done (and in English) but booking our 4 night stay involved some added bureaucratic back and forth, such as the requirement to email pictures of our credit card. Stayed here in July 2007. Was disappointed hotel was full so chanced it and booked to stay in one of their neighbouring properties. We stayed at 'Vila Natalie' which was just next to the hotel. Would agree with previous comments. Stayed in Perla in October - restaurant was shut but breakfast each morning was good. Excellent service and spotlessly clean.
