We stayed here for 1 night in July and had an excellent time. I don't suspect that many international travellers pass through this way given the lack of airport and efficient transport links but we wanted to stop somewhere between Kosovo and the Montenegran coast rather than take an overnight bus.

The English-speaking receptionist, Dina, is an absolute asset to the hotel. Upon email contact she booked a room for us and called the bus station to help us plan our arrival and departure (information we were finding very difficult to obtain online). During our stay she acted as translator with all the hotel staff (waiters, masseuse) and called to reserve a place on the bus for us.

The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning rooms, high quality fittings and a relaxing spa. It also seems to be the focul point for the small town with locals filling the outdoor terrace and the hotel nightclub crowded at night.
