The Best Western Premier hotel in Podgorica is absolutely everything you want. Brand new really, very modern and extremley clean and comfortable. Staff around bar / outdoor areas have the finest manners discovered on our recent europe excursion and a tantalizing surprise was how cheap and excquisite food and wine was.
