“Friendly and english speaking manager but cleanliness was poor”

The place was in a great location. About 3 minutes drive via Tuk Tuk to Jaffna town. The owner was friendly and helpful. He spoke good English, Sinhalese and Tamil. “OK guesthouse, great food with a large western choice”

I stayed in the Fernando's Guesthouse for 6 month in 2010 as I was working in Jaffna. There are 5 rooms, 3 upstairs A/C, 2 downstairs.
