This hotel claims to be five star, but that is just untrue. I think it might pass for 3 stars (at best on a good day, with your eyes closed). Tired, dated and generally quite grubby is a more accurate description. This hotel might have been in its prime about 15 years ago - the last time it was decorated.... more

I stayed there as part of my honeymoon and was unspeakably dissappointed. There's a lady that stands at the front door to see if the guest looks 'important' (i.e. cones in a Minister's jeep, etc.) So if you are an average weary traveler, you are out of luck! you'll have to take her attitude, get ignored until they are done... more

we stayed here in 2 interconnected deluxe rooms. the rooms are quite big in size, but for a 5 star hotel everything seems tired. the lift looks like its out of a communist tower block. staff are very good and room service was prompt. soundproofing is absolutely horrid. you could hear far too much and it was never quiet. buffet... more
