This is a very nice in the hills above Kandy. Excellent views. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Kandy so this may be a disadvantage for some. The rooms are well designed and the overall service in the hotel is good. Breakfast is excellent. More

We stayed one night here after visiting Kandy. Hotel is very high up, hence the name! Long winding road up to the hotel which was an experience in itself. The rooms were nice but seemed to have a Mexican theme. Bathrooms were slightly too small. Shame about the billiard room closing so early. More

We had a great 2 night stay at Amaya Hills. The journey up was quite slow due to the roads being washed away by recent floods, but once there it was worth the drive!
