We arrived in Kandy by train from Galle, changing in Colombo, although the Colombo train was delayed by another train breaking down. We had never been to Kandy before and were really pleased with the Comfort. Our room was spotless and the balcony looked over the town. There were many different species of birds to spot and that was enhanced by the quiet location. The owner,Tyronne, and the staff were more than helpful and advised on travel etc.
It was a 10 minute walk downhill to the Lake and another 5 mins to the Temple

We would recommend this to people visiting Kandy more
