We spent two weeks there in April 2013. It's near the Kandy Lake and Temple of the Tooth, very convenient to travel around. The open-air canteen was a fantastic place to relax and chat. Food was very good. We found the staff really friendly and the days there extremely memorable. Will go there in the future.

I can only say I agree with all the negative comments .The owners are pleasant and bright why don't they accept the criticisms and fix this potentially very good hotel? The position is good ,the restaurant area is great they have a good base to work from.

we have been there 3 nights.The location is superb,the hotel facilities are great. im very satisfied with the quality of this hotel.were nicely welcomed.the open restaurant is beautiful view and the staff is very nice, helpful . breakfast was very good. i recommend this hotel without hesitation. good value for money.

We stayed three nights. we had a lovely room with beautiful view. The hotel was very welcoming with oranje juice when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is perfect always smiling and helpful. they organising trip also. Definitely recommend as the best budget hotel.

Standard rooms are spacious but without great views. The washbasin in the toilet opens in the bath area which makes a nasty experience. Lousy towels and almost nil toiletries in wash room. This is a budget hotel, little outside of town crowd at the far end corner of the Kandy lake as knwon to most people. However, it is not exactly located at the kandy lake side, you need to walk/drive few minutes uphill to reach the hotel. Its surrounded by greenary and seems good when you look for value of money....
