Musty smelly room and bedding. My bed had clean linen, but ants and a spider, it had not been used in awhile. The pillow was so musty and full of lumps that I had to put it outside the door. Although we arrived late we were enthusiastically welcomed and escorted to a well appointed air conditioned room. Great shower and very comfortable bed. The traditional food buffet was excellent at dinner and breakfast. Great pool as well although we did not use it. A superb quiet location overlooking the lake. There are moskitos about but our room had none. More

We stayed at the Deer Park (now known as the Angsana Deer Park Hotel) in October 2011 for two nights. We arrived late in the evening and it was already dark, but Reception was good, and efficient.
