The rooms at Gautam Residency are not worth the penny you spend. Furniture old. Bathrooms are particularly dirty. No hot water. No eseential plug points to charge your gadgets for the night. Rooms are way too small. Breakfast nothing to boast about. There are much better options out there.

Every thing is excellent & the ratio of the food is more than the menu charges. It is close to famous M Block market of G.K-1. Hotel has free wifi, The hotel is in walking distance from two markets with cafes and good shops - and the metro at Kailash colony as well. Mohanlal(Reliance)

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. We had booked 4 rooms for 3 nights on a official trip and one of our colleagues had a very bad knee problem.
