Don't expect any luxury. Very simple, quite unclean room with low price. Just "sleep" and go on. Main entrance inside of labyrinth and the stuff is joking with you. This area you can find same price or little bit more better value.

This is not a hostel, but a scam operation. With beds. For who reads about this awful place: it was our first stay at Delhi. However: this hostel is NOT representative for the extremely beautiful journey we made the following months. We stayed at wonderful guesthouses with lovely people. We just had bad luck with this one. We arrived at... More

Good Hostel in the main City of Delhi, not far to the Metro Station. The only fault was, that the Internet was not working sometimes. You can visit the most Sights easy by metro. Its not far to the City, by riksha or metro. The Hostel is next to the New Delhi railway station.

I booked to stay here at the end of June 2011. To start with, the 'free' airport pick-up cost me 500 Rupees, then when I arrived at the hotel I was dismayed to say the least. The filthy entrance with the urinals just outside the door, then the so called upgraded room on the fourth floor with no lift! The... More

I highly recommend the Hostel New King - a real 'home from home'! The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave such valuable advice, hints and tips that helped make our stay in Delhi all the more enjoyable. The rooms were amazing - very comfy beds, hot water day... Really authentic experience! Right in the middle of Pahar Ganj and close to the train station . Good service from the friendly workers. Safe and quiet place to sleep. This is true India, wouldn't have it any other way.

Having booked online before we arrived we were excited to have a free airport pick up which meant being able to avoid the chaos at the airport, however the driver was late and then expected up to pay him. Once we got into the hotel which was up a tiny alley way with two nicely placed urinals next to the... More
