Service was good and can be improved further. The quality of the food and its presentation was good. Over all it was nice to spent a night at that place. The furnishings and the cleanliness in the hotel room was also luxurious and happenings.

check in was slow. The breakfast was basic and poor quality. Check out was miscalculated and slow. Rooms were clean, tidy and quiet despite the road proximity. WiFi was patchy. None of the taxis were able to work out where it was ... so good job near the metro Kailash station.

I have stayed here a couple of times before, but this time, found few changes in the hotel service including the introduction of new hotel manager Mr. Ashish Badola. His professional & courteous behavior is a pleasant change in the hotel. Hotel staff willingly serve the guests with utmost dedication, especially housekeeping staff. Food of the hotel is very good... More

Rooms are good and less spacious. Food is ok, less verity, breakfast is pathetic. Service is Ok... But not impressive. Location is very good but does not worth the money they charge per night. The dinning hall is actually a small room with few tables and chairs.
