Hotel is beautiful (true 5 star) and staff was attractive, helpful, and accomodating. They did not charge me to correct a booking mistake I made. Use of business center was free for 1/2 hour which was very helpful to me. more

Very ordinary 4* hotel, hardly meriting the Sheraton tag. From the location, to the front office indifference, its all downhill.
