I agree with the previous reviewer...this hotel lacks character. The loud thumping "wine bar" music in the lobby just doesn't work for me. Likewise the same type of music was being played in the breakfast lounge...too early for us. Beautiful hotel but just tries to be too chic...better suited for a city like New York or London.
