Our stay at every point was luxury with a personal touch. Attention to every detail was so touching. Thank you to Simran who made our checkin super easy, efficient and accommodating. Special thanks to Puneet and team at Machan who took care of our every need. The team even packed a goodie bag for us. Not just were we well fed, they tried to cater to each of our personal needs/ preferences. Kunal our housekeeper for the care taken. This has to be the most hospitable, luxurious hotel we stayed at. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, centrally located and had fantastic views of the Parliament and India Gate.

Everything about the Taj Mahal Hotel, Delhi is extraordinarily good. All the members of the hotel are awesome as both individuals and professionals, and only because of their awesomeness can they provide such astounding services to their guests. Mr. Satyajeet Krishnan , the General Manager of the hotel is incredible. The way he interacts with his staff and guests most likely contribute to his attributions of being great and likeable. He makes sure that all his guests are treated with utmost care. He’s one of the finest gentleman of the IHCL family . A gem ! When guests arrive at the hotel, one gets only a few minutes to make a great first impression and Mrs. Shanti Bloom and Mrs. Bhawna Verma are effortlessly impressive. I appreciate Mrs. Bhawna ‘s effort of going out of her way to arrange a comfortable room for me when the hotel was sold out on the last day of my stay . Front Office Assistant Manager Mr. Shahjahan is remarkable. I appreciate the extra mile he rendered in offering to assist me with everything I needed. He’ll certainly make a great Hotel Manager in the future. Mrs. Shivani -Director of Rooms , Mr. Arjun - F&B Assistant Director , Mr. Raktim - Manager of Butlers & IRD , Mr. Mukesh Manager of Captain ‘s Cellar , Mr. Wamik - Manager of Machan and Mr. Deepak - Machan are impeccable. These hotel professionals set the tone of the entire experience which the guests will get from their stay. Chef Tapash , Chef Abhinav and Chef Kubendra from Machan are superb and are superbly handling the department with a sublime team. They are simply mind blowing and one can experience exquisite fine-dining to a mouth watering local cuisine from them and their marvellous team in the kitchen. They intend to use all of his knowledge, professionalism and talent to create a new gastronomic language. From Club lounge - Laxmi, Varun, Rahul, Aarohi and Purneet are marvellous. Akshat, Sweta and Sajida are good but there’s room for improvement . From IRD Peter , Cruz , Shatender , Devender , Nawab are fantastic . From Machan Desraj, Dini, Puneet, Anuraj are worth mentioning . Govind , HK Manager is willing to go above and beyond, and have the ability to anticipate their guests' needs, he remains calm and composed at all situations. He prepared a lovely bouquet which is admirable . He was prompt with the arrangements of the housekeeping amenities. His presence can make a difference between success and disaster . Housekeeping Shekhar, Sahil , Tushar, Armaan are brilliant . Vinod and Firoze are nice from HK team. Laundry team is splendid with their ironing skills . Deva and Sood are noteworthy . Security Officers Arti, Vinay, Digvijay and Anil are vigilant, peerless and prompt . Security Associate Mukesh and Chauffeurs Manjit and Arunesh are awesome . Airport Representative Nitin is peerless and smart. During my stay unfortunately my BP shot up to 176/100 and I had to be taken to the hospital and was kept under observation for a few hours and I fall short of vocabulary to pay my gratitude to Shivani , Shahjahan , Arjun , and Arohi for their dedication and promptness while handling the emergency situation and the way Arjun kept checking on my health was unmatchable. They are the epitome of Tajness . Special thanks to Arohi for accompanying me to the hospital . Truly grateful to her from the bottom of my heart . Thanks to Lakshya , Mansi, Prakashita , Rohit, Priyanka and Tashi , from the front office for the welcome ritual, a smooth check in and check out . Special thanks to Mansi for the gorgeous pearl set as a gift . All the Order takers Mrs. Bhawna, Mrs. Manpreet and Mrs. Vinita are prompt They say people make a property and so far I have been in the lap of comfort , immense care and warm hospitality because of the eminent team of Taj Mahal Hotel , Delhi. Hence, I’d be back soon at your esteemed property and would be spending my bday there with my mother . It’s become one of my new favourite IHCL properties . Great location. Staff amazing, room was large, clean and comfortable with a fantastic, the hotel smelt great too. I had daily breakfast and the service and choice of food was on point. I had both traditional and western both excellent. I also used the Spa and I had some Amex credit to use. Again, very very good. I come to Delhi a fair bit and will definitely be back.

The staff was courteous and considerate of our requirements as we were traveling with a toddler for the first time. The welcome and the room decor for the occasion of our wedding anniversary was an outstanding job. The floor manager for housekeeping Mr. Sandip and Amit from his team were helpful and welcomed us with a bouquet of roses. Their efforts to make sure that the required items reach us soon and the room is tidy all the time was beyond appreciation. Aarti from the reception and welcome team was friendly and was helpful to arrange for a place(Spa manager's office) when our son was in need of nursing post check out also she arranged for ATG as it was missed during our arrival. The staff at lift, entry and helpers at steam and sauna were also welcoming and helpful. There were few places where we had to assure that we are staying at the hotel and not outsiders for example at the pool. Overall I felt that due to it's location the hotel was more appropriate for MICE and Corporate individuals instead of leisure and luxury holiday which we were on. The al-a-carte breakfast was not expected as in my previous stays at other hotels, We have always enjoyed buffet breakfast. The showers at the swimming pool were not working properly. We had to find out on our own that if the fruit basket was provided for the rooms. We were not aware about the turn down service which happens everyday but we only got to know about it while we were checking out. My suggestion is to sensitize the guests about the services which are provide by the hotel through a small note in the room. As a guest I would want to experience different services which the hotel has to offer and that should not be hidden. The room given to us was ok, didn't stand out as a luxury hotel room. It was a mixed bag for us. We liked a few things, We didn't like a few and may be there are a few things we are totally not aware of so can't say anything about it.

Just what we needed after a long flight. Rajender was there to receive us at the airport, we couldn't have asked for a more courteous and pleasant welcome. And the rest of our stay exceeded our already high expectations. Nayantara and Priyanka at reception. Vineet, Ujjawal and the entire Club lounge staff. Durgesh at the pool. Kiran and her team at the spa. I'd highly recommend a massage from Bala. And cannot forget Tarsem from the concierge desk. I wish that I remembered the names of the many others who made our stay so special with their service, smiles and desire to delight the customer. The Taj group seems to be a great, generous employer and hence has earned the loyalty of its employees - happy employees make for a happy stay! Highlights: Breakfast in the Club lounge - lots of healthy choices. Vineet comes to visit every table to take special requests. The pool - one of the largest outdoor all season pools in Delhi, impeccably maintained. The lobby - live music every evening, a great place to hang out and relax. The spa - with a steam room and sauna. Again immaculate and clean. Treat yourself to a massage, you will thank yourself later! I did the 60 min Indian aroma massage and it was perfect.

Well another visit to the taj mahal mansingh road The reception was much better than i normally recieve. Prompt warm and quick. The room which inwas upgraded to was a disaster of sorts. It had a curtain next to my bed and guess what when u open it, its a dead wall! Rolf. What a joker of an architect. The bedroom lights didnt work but checked in at 1 am so had no energy to complain. The next day i was shifted to another room promptly. The breakfast at machan was a tad better tban what i normally experience. The associates were attentive and so was my benedict really made well. Must give them a big no on the chicken sausages that they have sourced . Tasteless. Another worrying aspect is the hawky security at the lifts whos busy checking ur credentials each time. I mean im am era of swipe card m sure it can be less intrusive. The hotel property otherwise though is pristine as its new the stagf is courteous and a big thumbs up to the in house dining and house keeping. Prompt efficient and gold standard

My wife and I have stayed at the Taj Mahal hotel on Mansingh Road in New Delhi for over 30 years. This is an exceptionally run five star property and it offers everything for every taste. It cannot disappoint. From sweeping views of Luytens Delhi on one side to excellent service for an unforgettable experience on the other. Particularly impressive is the morning calm, the midday bustle and the evening glamour that transforms the hotel with a soothing ambience. Our experience at the Club level, managed by the chief concierge Lakshay Nirula, is similarly outstanding. Club Staff remember guests after years of absence which makes for a welcoming return and are passionate about providing all guests with excellent service. If the opportunity arises, seek them out. Laxmi leads the team with an eye for details and a passion for ensuring each guest is enjoying their Taj experience. Rahul is always ready with ideas to make the experience memorable and Satinder, friendly and sociable, provides a soothing calmness to a busy day. The cocktails and the appetizers are delightful and delicious! If you stay here once, you will return again and again.

This is my third stay at taj Mahal, Delhi. Loved my stay here as always. Special mention to armaan and ajay in housekeeping who are extremely courteous and made my stay even more special. At front desk Shahjahan and rohit have been extremely helpful and ensure a seamless experience. Highly recommend and would definitely be coming back.

Had a delightful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel. It was by far one of the most expensive hotels we have stayed in but it was a wonderful stay. Pros: 1: Location in the diplomatic area so by Delhi standards was very clean, less traffic and pollution and few scammers. Only got approached twice by someone saying they were a “teacher” or a “student: and offered a tuk tuk to a nearby market .. we just said no thanks. Also walking distance to India Gate- approx 15-20 mins , again with a busy rd to cross, but not too bad at night. 2: Near by Khan market Metro station.. maybe 7-10 minutes walk which gets you on the violet line. You do have to cross one or two hairy roads, but after a while we were crossing like locals! Metro so safe, clean and easy to use. We loved it. 3: Staff: All staff smiling and friendly and treated us with great courtesy. The one star we would like to mention at check-in was the lovely Mansi who got us into out rooms early after a long flight, offered us an upgrade and personally escorted us to the suite and told us about the amenities of the hotel.. thats sort of personal service has never happened to us before and made us feel super special. Also staff at the club lounge: see below 4: Club lounge: such an oasis inside an already calm and beautiful hotel. On the eighth floor and availed ourselves of high tea and cocktail hour each day. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a buffet but also a menu to choose from too, for fresh to order meals. 5: Pool: we choose this for the pool but it was unseasonable cool and we only used it once , but so big, well cared for and lots of towels and water. Cons: none that I can really mention All in all we had a wonderful stay and would be happy to stay again or recommend if you want to treat yourself.
