I found my bag opened and I remember I close it better leaving. The staff is slow and unhelpful and directed us to the travel desk outside hotel for tour. Price we paid wasn’t justified to what we got. The cleaning boys are not at all helpful. We waited for towels for more than 30 mins more

Very unfriendly men at the reseption ,location very noisy and crowded ,in the bathroom the toiletseat and toilet paper holder damaged ,not very well mantained .Tried to overchage me on taxi back to the airport ,will obviously try to get their money back for so called free airpoet pick up more

i been to this hotel in this month only, and find it worth it for money, check-in take just 3-4min to get our rooms, housekeeping manager is really helpful, all the staff members are really nice n helping . even there travel desk is very helpful for us.
