We can highly recommend Welcome Palace as your accomodation when visiting Delhi. I think it's a great place for lonely female travellers and couples as well. This hotel is cheap budget hotel near New Delhi station. I stayed there for one night only. Room was very small, noisy, toilet had a licking in water heater and very dark also. My daughter and myself arrived in Delhi well before sunset and took a rick to our hotel in what turned out to be a dirty, depleted part of the city. The entire road was lined with budget hotels.
