7 times I have stayed in the hotel, mainly because it is quite OK value for money wise. And main reson is sthe excellent CROSS ROADS BAR & RESTAURANT at the same place...!
But, the pickup service is a big mess. Twice they simple forgot us at the airport, today they send 4 cars, old wrecks even without taxi licence, hey came 45min too late, and we had booked 4 AC big SUV cars like Qualis or Sumo, Innova.. etc. I was with a group of 14 pax, and 2 NonAC very small cars where at the airport, we started with more than 1 hrs waiting in the heat outside, the next 2 cars were parked even further away, we hired than local taxis !!
So my advise, never book an AIRPORT PICKUP or Sightseeing Car with this hotel people. You can book at "Prepaid Taxi" at the arrival halls , both domestic and international airport. And, they are also much cheaper from there !!!! more
