The first thing I want in a hotel is cleanliness and shingar scores there. Room are excellent with comfortable beds. Food and service were avg. Bur the location and quality of the rooms give us nothing to complain about. Looking forward to visiting this hotel again.

Our room was terrible. Cracks in the room walls. Terrible smell in the room. Hot water not available even after complaining.Hotel cannot be access by car to offload the luggage.Staff very unhelpful. Work was going on while we where staying in the hotel.You can see dust and very bad paint smell.

Almost every year I visit Shimla and stay there for one night. For the past three years I am staying in this property just because it is not much costly, small and cozy rooms, sumptuous food, friendly staff and primly it is very near to mall road and lift.
