This is a heritage building converted to a hotel. This hotel is managed by Karnataka tourism which was why I was a bit sceptical about the quality standards (Govt run establishments always raise suspicion in India!). However, we discovered that it was a well maintained, clean and cozy hotel. There is lot of parking space and lot of greenery around. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious too! The restaurant however was not all that good. Service was slow and it is understaffed. The hotel is economical compared to other hotels. The location is ideal too. more
