This Hotel is run by KSTDC. I have been here twice, stayed for 1 night each time. I like the heritage feel and look of this place. But lacks maintenance. Some construction was going on. Its an okay place... but would advise only if you have run out of options. Typical government run place frequented by a lot of local people for the bar. Rooms are small and lack of maintenance and upkeep have started showing. Also some construction work is on at present (Jun 12) and hence their restaurant is not functioning.

One of my alltime favourite budget level hotels, the rooms are large and well appointed, I allways ask for an upstairs non AC,( a bit quieter than ground floor) and the ensuites are huge, with his and hers sinks and loos.
