We had booked the hotel through a travel agent . We were a group of 2 families with 2 children & 1 infant. The hotel was not at all child friendly. There were no lifts in the hotel.The breakfast served there was just average. We saw cockraoches on the dining table ( guess what the state of the kitchen might be). We asked access to a microwave to sterilise baby feeding bottles & to warm baby food, this was also denied. They rather would do it themselves for you than provide acesss to one in the dining area.They had a broken a wheelchair on the premises which could not be used for a handicapped person( one of the children in our group had special needs). The approach road to the hotel was a dusty mud rodd for a few miles & the car had to be parked beyond the outer gates of the KRS park. There are no good eating places nearby .The pool was a big disappointment too. You will have to go into Mysore itself to had a good meal or risk tasting the ware from the hotel ktichen. All... more
