The staff were late picking us up from the airport...and that caused us so much anxiety that it eclipsed our opinion of the hotel. They didn't apologize, either. The room and restaurant were fine. Water in the shower was somewhat warm, not hot.

A twin brother to the Silver Inn Hotel near by, it gives you a good accommodation option near by the the airport. My only problem with the hotel are the apparently claustrophobic rooms. As the rooms do not have a view, it feels a bit stuffy. The hotel is good for a business visit of upto 2-3 nights max.

Excellent location near airport. Excellent pick-up and drop-off service - even in the middle of the night. Easy check-in with friendly, professional staff. Clean room with good standard. No hassle about 2 of us departing, checking out at different times.

Good Rooms, Breakfast offered was excellent. good amenities and helpful staff. one of the better Hotels i have visited in recent times. but they need to have faster room service. also lifts were very small may be not for more then 2 persons.

Stayed in this hotel on Dec 2010 when I attend CPHI Mumbai. - premium location - Dirty room, there was blood spot on the blanket sheet. - Over price compare to the hotel standard. - Nice staff at reception. - Nice food, reasonable price. Will not stay in this hotel again.
