the staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful..TV wasnt working properly and hotel staff didnt fix it even after complaints..the food and beverages menu is priced nearly at 5star rates but the taste is really bad..

This hotel is located in quiet part of Borivali, fairly clean, staff are friendly, rooms clean and bed linen was changed everyday. Good Restaurant (Majestix). Average décor. Value for money. I have been consistently staying there every year on my holiday. Recommended.
