The place was very good and managed excellently. The amenities in the rooms were excellent. the service standards was also very high. I would always like to stay there with my family. The taxis and hotle cabs arranged by the staff were also reliable and reasonably priced.

Excellent service, homely atmosphere, lunch was nice but complimentary breakfast limited choice. Staff is very courteous. When I requested for two hour extra time for vacating the room since I had ample time for my flight, they happily agreed. I wish to visit again in my next trip to Mumbai. This was our first trip to Mumbai. I was concerned about what to expect specially since we flight landed around 2:00 am. We had great experience during our stay. The employees were very accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and families visiting Mumbai.
