I have stayed in this hotel several time and whilst its hard to fault in most things, there is something impersonal about it. The check in procedure is professional and friendly and the rooms are normal Intercon fare. Mumbai is not my favorite place on earth but a must from business point of view. Lalit is located on the North which is quite ideal if you have to reach the hotel stright from the airport without plunging in endless traffic jams, city nightmare....... This is a beautiful 5* hotel - very clean well-kept modern rooms, large size, very nice amenities, and excellent buffet breakfast. Very nice relaxing bar with a good selection of scotch. Visited the hotel in April 2009 for a Business trip. Main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was very close to the Intl Airport. Apart from that the staff was really friendly and the service was good. The rooms are nice and spacious and well maintained. Good hotel and would definitely recommend this more
