Receptionist was too rude and very authoritative. Unlike Other verticals, Reception area is the key face of hotel's hospitality. Very less initiative. Comparison with other hotels on same street (few steps) it was pathetic and very small. Less amenities.

Ramee Guestline in Dadar is situated at very convenient location. The double rooms are cozy & neat n clean. It was a business plus pleasure trip when I stayed here from Friday to Monday. The rooms are cozy and the service is good. The breakfast buffet has a nice spread. The location is very central to South Mumbai and Dadar station just a mere 100 metres away. Good Value for money. A three out of five !!!
