Back again. Staff were great. Rooms very clean and decor all new. Very efficient coffee shop. Management is doing something right in this place. Gym is quite good relative to other Indian hotels. The only hitch is to avoid the laborious car security screening, your car should pick you up at the street level. more

I have always been a huge fan of the Taj Hotels. So, when just before we went off for our honeymoon to Sri Lanaka and the Maldives, we stayed here for a night or so, having been totally priced out by Taj, I wasn't expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable (except for a lady at... more

I booked 2 nights in the Trident for a short business trip and my first visit to Mumbai. What with the slowest baggage reclaim ever it was 6.00am before I got to the hotel. I can honestly say that I’ve rarely been so pleased to arrive at any hotel as this one! This hotel and its sister were targeted in... more

Stayed at the Trident on a business trip. This was my second time in Mumbai and the first time staying at the Trident. The whole experience was excellent from pick up at the airport through check in and the overall stay. Excellent room and facilities. Also the breakfast was very good. Definitely a great busness hotel. more

We have been taking the services of Trident and The Oberoi for our business meetings, client stays, press conferences, etc. This place is our first option for all sorts of events. Much preferred by clients, press, foreign delegates certainly for its best location and undoubtedly for the hotel ambience and superb hospitality. We recommend multi-stars to them. Great guys!!! more

Well located and offering rooms with an amazing view of the Ocean, the Trident at Nariman Point could have been one of the best hotels in the country, however, that is not to be. The problem is in the inherent attitude of the staff, having stayed in all major chains like the Hyatt and Leela in Mumbai, one thing noticeable... more

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to have given your feedback. The team at the hotel truly value patronage from Indian guest as much as it does that of non Indians. I sincerely apologise for any lapses in service that you have experienced and assure you that our commitment towards the guest is not driven by a country...

This hotel was one of two under siege in the horrific Mumbai attacks of last November and it has fully been restored and repaired. The staff seem buoyant and proud of their establishment and the service is supportive and excellent. Full marks. The food is also good, if over priced. My usual complaint ,the cost of WIFI, applies here too.... more

Decent hotel though very expensive. However, good and convenient for business travellers given the location at Nariman Point. The service is average and the food is nothing great though extremely expensive. The rooms are quite nice and the views of the sea are very good more
