Excellent place to stay in Jaipur! Former Navy Chief Admiral Madhvendra Singh owns this heritage and runs it "for fun" as he says (e.g. he doesn't know Tripadvisor). I stayed at Devi Niektan for two nights in November 2009. It was a large air-con room with en-suite for around 2,500 Rupees a night. The stay was very comfortable, the room clean, spacious and quiet. We throoughly enjoyed our stay here. Has lovely art deco charm, excellent room and bathroom, swimming pool and tranquil environment. The Admiral is a charming host and adds nice personal touch and assistance with transport, recommendations etc. more

Really beautiful rooms, clean bathrooms (although wished they had changed towels more often), decked out with a/c, widescreen tv and satellite, centrally located and staff were helpful, although not all were english speaking. Nicely priced. more
Excellent place to stay at the centre of Jaipur. The decors are good and everything quite clean. The property is spaciaous and the hospitability is good. Food is homely though bit expensive. Overall we had a fun time and would reccomend it to others. more
Admiral Madhvendra Singh who owns this beautiful B & B ensures that all guests are looked after very well. He personally interacts with them. Fabulous ambiance and setting..We were eight families with kids and we enjoyed the barberque and bon fire on new years eve..The kids had a perfect garden for cricket, the rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and very clean..A must do get away in a place like Jaipur.. more
