We spend a couple of days at Trident. The staff was very service-minded and polite. It's a great place to stay after a hectic and noisy day in the over-crowded center of Jaipur. It's calm, relaxing and clean. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the Water Palace. We strongly recommend the hotel. more

This hotel is opposite to the Jal Mahal, a beautiful creation. The typical food served here is Rajasthani. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. The interiors are plush and nice. We enjoyed our stay here. more

The hotel is clean and well appointed with all the facilities you would expect from a high-end hotel. Restaurant is good (especially the evening buffet) and staff are friendly although we did have an issue with a telephone bill which took a while to resolve (the manager in the end waived the incorrect charges). I stayed here for three nights, while traveling in Jaipur and Agra. The rooms are clean and the staff is mostly efficient. The beds are a little hard, but that's fairly typical in India. It was a trip for my wife's birthday and no doubts that the hotel staff made it a memorable experience. The hotel is good, excellent location....good food quality The lovely cakes placed in the room to celebrate the birthday along with the card would always be remembered...... What should have been a memorable 3 night stay over Christmas wasn't. This hotel is not even 3 star in my book. 1st off we pre arranged an airport pick-up - no one meet us.
