We loved the Jai Mahal palace. Again...an oasis from the hustle and bustle. Staff were great. Grounds were lovely. It was excellent to be able to return to the sparkling pool in the afternoons. Sightseeing was with a driver recommended by the hotel. He was great. more

Don't get me wrong, the Jai Mahal Palace is a beautiful hotel, its just the front of house staff have some serious customer service skills to learn and there is a culture of bad attitude amongst such said front of house staff! its a nice more than comfortable hotel in the city. Food is good. Italian resturnat is great. Staff is splendid which is true i guess with any taj hotel. room was colorful and well done. Lunch buffet could have been better. Breakfast is usual. more
