They did upgrade the room (suite) and offer a cake on arrival because our anniversary. Spacious room with sitting room and large bathroom. 2 televisions, minibar. Buffet dining with great quality especially the Naan Bread ... WONDERFUL! Employees friendly and always available to help. The Hotel is well located. Close to markets (fruit and clothing). Large faceless lobby, long faceless corridors. We were here with a Thompson tour for two nights. This hotel has no personality and is suitable for people on business for a night or so. We had a suite, which was nice, but again, there was no personality to the place.
