I had a particular issue which has very much tainted my view of Khandwa. Our first night I found a lizard running around in our bathroom (not sure how it got in there) and immediately called the front desk to have it taken care of. I tried to explain several times and even spoke in Hindi. What I got was... more

I just stayed with 3 other people around the same time in the Khandwa Haveli for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms were all very nice with very spacious bathrooms. One of our party didn't like his room initially and the reception immediately gave him a different room more to his liking. The breakfast buffet was ample... more

Just returned from a trip to Jaipur. We stayed at this hotel for three nights / four days. The deluxe rooms are good but the staff is very rude - especially to the Indian nationals. We found the same staff to be very courteous to the travelers from other than South Asian countries. The restaurant food is a huge joke.... more
