The guy who runs this place is really friendly and helpful. They did make a mistake with our booking and when we arrived only the Rs 850 rooms were left, while we requested a 650 room. So they let us stay in the 850 room for 650/night for our whole stay. Its a surprisingly big place, in terms of quantity... more

We booked Karni Niwas based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, however, we would not stay there again/nor recommend it to anybody. We arrived early and had to wait till a few guests checked out. No attempt was made to clean the room / at least the bathroom immediately nor clear up the room service dishes of the previous occupants.... more

We were pleasantly surprised to stay here. Value for money, amazing compared to the rest of rajasthan hotels. Massively large rooms, we had a bathroom with two showers (why I do not know!), and a massive bathroom. We booked for 2 nights, stayed for 5. Lovely big airey room, fan-cooled, great en-suite bathroom, and gorgeous veranda for eating/relaxing/meeting other travellers. All spotlessly clean, towels and linen changed daily, and the free, fast internet facility very useful. We ended up needing a place in Jaipur at the last minute for New Year's Eve and finally found Karni Niwas after calling about 20 other places. Our room was very clean, the shower had great pressure and was very hot. The "room service" was great and the owner/manager was super nice and helpful. I'd definately retun and recommend it... more
