Good hotel, quality of food needs improvement, toilets don't match room standard. They are done well but not maintained as well. there is lack of fineness. Overall i liked the hotel. I also feel room service can be improved.

Leave apart some goofups like providing us a room in the smoking zone etc. Lemon tree lived up to expectations. The executive rooms are a lot smaller than their superior rooms though , so I couldnt make out why they said that they are upgrading us .

Frequent power cuts, traffic noise in rooms, and guess what no IPL on tv as apparently channel is expensive! Pathetic for a hotel that charges a premium with rooms costing over Rs.5000. We had to change rooms as AC was noisy and other room was no better. There r better hotels in Chennai.

Mr. Bala from F&B is a excellent worker .He is passionnaite for his work.extemily polite & courtious .Apart from that quality of food was good and the staff was very helpful.,prominent at there work .i loved my stay in the hotel. it is truely home away from home...........
