i stayed here for 2 days and the stay was pleasant. Food ordered was perfect and breakfast buffet too was provided free of charge. A family hotel very close to chennai central and citi center. Overall its a worthy place for the cost.

The pics shown on Web sites are just to mislead the customers. Its not at all recommended hotel to stay in Chennai. Starting from the Reception, some bad smell comes all across hotel. The hotel stay was terrible and I found so much inconvenience due to their poor quality of communication and customer problem solving. No window in rooms and AC not working properly. Mosquitoe problem and noicy due to local train just behind the hotel. So, I am surprised, how cleartrip suggested me this type of poor quality of hotel.

Our stay was for 3 days and like the title says the majority of the staff bent over backwards to make our stay a very warm and welcoming one.
