Why Stay here:The only reason to stay at iWay Residency for me was
1) Only hotel near to place where my younger brother works (Perungudi)
2) Was travelling with family, So the place had to be accesible from all location.
Recommed to travellers who wants a stay only in Perungudi area.

Perungudi is almost outskirts of Chennai city. So one may not find many choices in hotels or restaurants. I visited Perungudi to meet a friend and the closes hotel to his office (many software companies have offices on this stretch of road) was iway residency. So went ahead and made a reservation via email.
The buidling is nothing to talk...
