Hotel is quite away from the city of Chennai - my family had a personal driver so it was not an hassle. Entrance to the hotel was very nice with elaborated and huge paintings all over. Generally a good Hotel. The food was good. The service was fair. Bathrooms clean. The only drawbacks- a little too expensive for the service and not very close to the main business district. The distance to the Chennai convention center is a good 45 minutes ride. more

Got to stay there because nearby hotels were full. Don't be fooled by the nice outside. "Best Western" would have higher standard (only realized the affiliation on TripAdvisor). Count yourself as a tough traveler if you plan to stay there. Some examples: 1. Tainted spots on towels, which sometimes were removed but not replaced. 2. Floor not vacuumed everyday. 3.... more

I have stayed here three times, and the hotel lives up to its motto 'The hotel with a heart'. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable. All in all a great value more
