We booked two rooms here. Me and my wife flew from UK to India stopped at Kerala ,picked up my parents and we stayed in the Hotel at Madras on 31st Dec 2007. We were catching a flight next day at 7am to Port Blair. we arrived at 4pm. There was no hot water in either of the rooms. The... more

The Hotel looks quite majestic from the outside; and even the hotel foyer looks like the entrance to something grand. We had booked our rooms in advance, and were looking forward to a good night's rest and a hot shower after a long flight from London. We booked a 'Double Deluxe with A/C'.
