We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. Two nights in a deluxe double and 6 nights in an attic room which had great views of the mountains. The staff were really friendly and the service very good. In spite of the problem with indian railways we were met at NJP station and the driver was really professional. We enjoyed our stay in Shangrila Regency. Superb mountain view room, staff is very friendly we felt ourselfs like at home. more

We stayed at the Hotel and Resturant Shangrila which is owned by the same group , however located in the heart of the mall. The room was clean spacious and the views good. We enjoyed our trip to darjeeling , particularly stay in shangrila regency. We were given the 3rd floor room which had a good view of kanchenjunga. The room was good . We stayed at the Shangrila Regency for two nights and had a wonderful time. We were met at NJP station and driven up to Darjeeling, on a rather winding and steep road (which was both fun and nerve racking at the same time!).
