We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights end of October. The room was very small ants all over the floor the staff follow you around wanting tips all the time. The room was never cleaned in the 3 days we were there. It was a very unpleasant experiance and would not stay there again. I would not reccomend this... more

I had booked this hotel thro' IRCTC,Hotel Oriental,City: Kolkata,which I have cancelled now as I did not like the hotel during my recent stay due to various reasons,which was also booked through IRCTC. My refund request has been refused by IRCTC who have accepted such bogus Hotel rules which are against the interest of customers. more

We stayed at this hotel during the 1st week of February for a night as our connecting flight was scheduled for the next day. The Hotel for the given rates is very good. The approach road to the hotel is very congested as it is located right in the middle of the commercial area and bringing the taxi/ car inside... more
