Room service was good. Rooms were clean and neat. Hotel location is very good. All the locations such as railway station, bus stand, metro station are nearby to the hotel. Staff behavior was good and supportive.

It was just ok for the price. the combined toilet and bathroom was too small. and the room was fitted with ac but not a warmer. no supply of hot water in cold weather. it is just ok for sleep. the location on the map is also misleading. please update the location.

It was a very nice experience overall, the stay was comfortable and service was very good. The rooms were quite and pleasant. It was value for money. I would definitely make a visit again when I come to Kolkata next.
