we were shown a room which reeked of smoke and powerful room freshner resulting in a very nauseating odor. we refused to stay there. however the staff quickly aired another room and replaced the bedsheets and we stayed on. so they get an A for customer service. overall we liked staying in this centrally located hotel in New Market area....
