We reached the hotel at midnight around 1145pm as the flight had got delayed. We were feeling a little hungry at that time but the normal room service had ended at 11 pm. On our request they offered us mocktails and few starters as we weren't that hungry. The food & the mocktail was really good and we really enjoyed.... more
Peerless Inn,a business hotel,is at walking distance from metro station & new market.it specialises in indian,continental & chinese cuisine.its personalised service would make u feel like a home.it has an excellent gym with health club specially for its guests.professional masseurs would help u to relax.it has lahari which is one of the best place of city to offer liquor.it even... more

This is the third time I stayed at the Peerless. All of them were business trips - so the tariff is not a big issue, but I keep returning here. The best thing is the location. Right in the pulsating heart of this city, close to the markets and entertainment. Easy to get cabs at any time of the day... more
This hotel is modern and the rooms are good. The downside is that everything is really expensive compared to similar hotels i.e room service, laundry, restaurants. The receptionists were moody and not very helpful and the trip that I organised through the hotel did not turn out as promised. As a single female traveller it was okay. more
I have stayed here for two days. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Centrally located. Main issue is sewrvice. Very poor room service. more
This is a good hotel with fantastic staff. The staff at the Peerless made our time in Kolkata very enjoyable. They sorted out a days tour of the city with an amazing driver who showed us all the sights, he even kept away touts at the Kali Temple! Very good location. The first impression at the front desk was very much impressive. good get up. Spacious rooms, A great complimentary breakfast from a choice of menus. Good view of the restaurant in the 1st floor, you feel really cool there. A great place for seafood. near to New Market, Metro station. more
The main advantage of this hotel is it is centrally located ,so it was very convinient for me to plan my business meets.The ambience is great,rooms are neat and comfortable with excellent service. more
