good hotel with good service good food only bathing space is small. the staff is helping and courteous . food served is in good quantity but a bit expensive.ridged in budging with rates. no compromise. Best part in bathroom all essential toiletries are made available which is less seen in 3 star accommodations good for business and professionals.

I booked a room for a friend well in advance. However when we went in to check in at 9pm that day we were asked to wait for 30 minutes since they had given the room to someone else !! Very unprofessional.

Nothing fancy about this place. Just bare essentials.. Doesn't feel like a deluxe or high end 3 star. Just a average hotel. Average rooms, average breakfast. Just stayed for one night. It was close to Apollo Kolkata, where I had some work, so it was convenient.
