Billed as eco-friendly this hotel floats on the Hooghly river between the two main bridges. Some of the eco-friendly characteristics are a little dubious but the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. This hotel is based upon ganges river, a floating hotel.. nice experience. especially the bridge restaurant is too good a place to hang in. more

Floated is located within the poor area of town. Whilst the Guards keep the poor away, the second you leave you are assulted by the masses. The Hotel says its 4 stars, but I could bearly rate 1.
