Should have suspected problems at the start when the clerk wouldn't state price without my discounts being revealed. After that standoff, things went further downhill. Asked for non-smoking, but the room stunk and carpet was very sticky. We were very disappointed. We stayed here for one night and asked for a non-smoking room. Great motel for the money. I had never stayed in a Super 8 before and considered them in the Motel 6 variety. We stayed at the Super 8 in Cullman, AL twice in November 2006 while traveling on I-65.
